Top Solvent opens a warehouse for solvent and chemicals in northern part of Vietnam.

     Recently, Thai Oil Public Company Limited by Mr. Chatapong Wungtanagorn (5^th from right ), Executive Vice President – Corporate Commercial, Ms. Acharee Tiyabhon (3^rd from right), Managing Director, Top Solvent Co.,ltd, together with Thaioil & Subsidiaries’ executives joined the opening ceremony of a new warehouse for solvent and chemicals located in the northern part of Vietnam. It was with great honor to have Mr. Thanee Saengrat (center), Ambassador of Thailand to Vietnam presiding over the ceremony which was held at TOP Solvent (Vietnam) Limited Liability Company, Hai Phong Terminal, Vietnam.

 This warehouse, a 100% investment of TOP Solvent Company Limited (Thaioil’s subsidiary), was constructed in the area of over 27,000 square meters with a total investment of approximately 300,000 million Dongs. It can store products for 50,000 metric tons per year in the first phase and 200,000 metric tons per year for the second phase. Since mid-October 2018, the warehouse has stored and delivered the products to customers in the northern part of Vietnam.

TOP Solvent Company Limited (Affiliate of Thaioil ) was established in the year 2008 which conduct business as a manufacturer and distribution of solvents and chemicals both produced in Thailand and imported from abroad. TOP Solvent is a major shareholder of Sak Chaisidhi Co., Ltd., located in Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province. Sak Chaisidhi is a manufacturer of high quality hydrocarbon solvents for various industries, including paint industry, automobile tires, adhesives, vegetable oils, foams, plastics, copper mines.

     In 2009, the company expanded the business network in the Asia Pacific countries by establishing the TOP Solvent (Vietnam) Limited Liability Company in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam which operate the business of distributing solvents and chemicals imported from Thailand and abroad. The main warehouse located at Dong Nai in the south of Vietnam. In 2018, the company built a new warehouse at Hai Phong, which is in the north of Vietnam, to expand the business to cover the whole country.
