Thaioil and SCB Celebrates Success of the First Long Term Financing for Project investment and Development in Vietnam

          Recently, Siam Commercial Bank PLC. (SCB) led by Ms. Soramon Inkatanuvatana FEVP, Multi-Corporate Segment 1 Division (3^rd right) has organized a ceremony held to celebrate the successful  long – term financing for TOP Solvent (Vietnam) Liability Co., Ltd., a Subsidiary of Thaioil. The loan will support the warehouse expansion for solvent and chemicals in the northern part of Vietnam.  Ms. Pattaralada Sa-Ngasang, Executive Vice President – Finance and Accounting, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (3^rd left), together with executives from both organizations also joined the event, which was held at Private Banking Hall, SCB, head office, Bangkok.

The long term facility of 310,791 million VND (approximately 13.7 million USD) with clean loan, a period of 10 years, loaned by SCB, Ho Chi Minh City Branch was regarded as the first long-term financing support between the Vietnam-based Thaioil’s subsidiary company and SCB. The loan negotiation including the contract drafting process was completed in only one month (5 -31 January 2018)
