Thaioil wins Sustainability Report Awards 2017- Best Category

    Recently, Thai Oil Public Company Limited by Mr.Pongpun Amornvivat, Executive Vice President – Strategy (right) was presented Sustainability Report Award 2017 - Best category from Mr. Rapee Sucharitakul, Secretary-General, Securities and Exchange Commission,  The ceremony was held at the Professor Sangwien Intarawichai Auditorium at 7^th floor, SET building.
   Sustainability Report Award 2017 is aimed to promote and support the listed companies and private sector to produce the report on social responsibility enhancing  sustainable business and society, also raising the standards of Thai capital market to be recognized internationally. The judging criteria are completeness , credibility, and clearly communications.

   • Thaioil has been announced as a member of Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) in Oil and Gas Industry : Emerging Markets in September 2013, being embraced on top global ranking-assessed and ranked on sustainability performance covering the economic, environmental and social dimensions. The company has been recognized and classified in the oil & gas industry top 10 % in sustainability performance of Emerging Markets.
   • Moreover, in January 2014, Thaioil has qualified and has received the Gold Class distinction for the excellence sustainability performance in oil & gas industry by RobecoSAM who does the corporate sustainability assessment for DJSI. Eligible for the Gold Class is the highest ranked level of RobecoSAM Sustainability Award 2014.
   • In January 2017, RobecoSAM has ranked Thaioil globally as RobecoSAM Gold Class of sustainability in oil & gas refining and marketing for 4 consecutive years which is the highest level of RobecoSAM Sustainability Award 2017
   • In September 2017, Thai Oil Public Company Limited has been recognized as a member of DJSI for 5 consecutive years. Most of all, Thaioil has also been globally ranked as Energy Industry Group Leader ffor 4 consecutive years,  comprising industries of coal & consumable fuels; energy equipment & services; oil & gas upstream and integrated; and oil & gas refining and marketing ,and oil & gas storage & transportation.
