Thaioil wins Thailand Energy Awards 2016

     Recently, Thai Oil Public Company Limited led by Mr. Atikom Terbsiri, Chief Executive Officer and President was presented Thailand Energy Awards 2016: outstanding achievements in the field of energy conservation from Air Chief Marshal Dr. Prajin Juntong, Deputy Prime Minister. This Outstanding Category is to recognize individuals who have shown outstanding efforts, perseverance and growth in the business. The ceremony was held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
     Thaioil presents outstanding projects on energy efficiency such as the Real Time Optimizer program to find the optimum energy efficiency of stem production unit and power production unit. Regarding innovation, the CDU-3 Preheat Train Improvement Project, reducing significant amount of fuel, has been presented.
     In this regard, Thaioil have been selected as a representative from Thailand to apply for ASEAN Energy Awards 2016 and received the first runner-up in ASEAN Energy Awards 2016 in the category of Energy Management Awards (Large Industry Category). The ceremony was held at Naypyidaw, Myanmar as of 21 September 2016.
