Thaioil Wins Top 50 ASEAN PLCs Award

     Recently, Ms. Panumas Chuchartchaikulkarn, Corporate Compliance Manager, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (Second Left) was presented “TOP 50 ASEAN PLCs Award” by Mr. Rapee Sucharitakul, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand, (Far left) at ASEAN Corporate Governance Conference & Award held at Manila Polo Club, Manila, Philippines.
     ASEAN CG Scorecard is a program initiated by the ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) and sponsored by the Securities and Exchange Commissions of each ASEAN country. The program’s purpose is to evaluate corporate governance standards of listed companies within the six ASEAN countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam through the CG experts nominated by ACMF in line with the international standard of Oganization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
