Thaioil Wins Board of the Year Awards 2015

     Recently, Mr. Kurujit Nakornthap, Chairman of the Board, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (Third Left) was presented with the Board of the Year Awards for Distinctive Practices 2015 , from Mr. Krirk-Krai Jirapaet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) (Third Right) . This year the selection criteria were based on five areas: 1. board policy, 2. board members, 3. board structure, 4. board process and communications, 5. board performance. The ceremony was held at Renaissance Bangkok Ratchaprasong Hotel.
     This ceremony arranged by The Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD) in collaboration with six leading private sector organizations namely, the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Thai Bankers' Association, the Thai Listed Companies Association and, the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations. This award recognizes companies for their efficient and effective operation, as well as, their commitment to transparency and fair treatment to all stakeholders in accordance with corporate governance principles.
