On 16th November, 2010, Thaioil Group and the Petroleum and Petrochemical College, Chulalongkorn University, jointly hosted an academic seminar and dialogue titled “Industrial-Academic Collaboration Towards Green Economy” at the refinery office’s auditorium. The event was attended by Thaioil Public Company Limited’s CEO, Surong Bulakul, Chulalongkorn University’s Vice President, Associate Professor Dr. Tanit Tongthong, Thaioil Group’s management team, Chulalongkorn University’s Petroleum and Petrochemical College Dean and faculty members, as well as students and faculty members from Burapha University, Kasetsart University (Sriracha Campus) and Thaioil Group’s employees. The seminar opened with a lecture by Dr. Santi Kulprathipanja, Research Fellow, UOP, a Honeywell Company, USA, titled “Innovations from Industrial – Academic Collaboration” which aimed to present innovations created by current education and industrial sectors. The lecture was followed by a dialogue titled “A Journey through Industrial and Academic Collaboration: Lessons Learned” by Mr. Bandhit Thamprajamchit, Technology Manager, Mr. Weerachart Namprohm, Area F Production Unit Manager – Technology, Thaioil PCL, Professor Dr. Sumaeth Chavadej and Assistant Professor Siriporn Jongpatiwut, Petroleum and Petrochemical College faculty members, to share their knowledge and experience pertaining to the collaboration between Thaioil Group and the Petroleum and Petrochemical College, Chulalongkorn University. The event ended with a tour of the exhibition at the refinery office’s hall showcasing both ongoing and future collaborative research projects.

ไทยออยล์ ร่วมสนับสนุนการฝึกซ้อมแผนขจัดมลพิษทางน้ำ TOC EX 14 เสริมความพร้อมรับมือเหตุฉุกเฉินทางทะเลระหว่างภาครัฐ-เอกชน
มื่อเร็วๆ นี้ บริษัท ไทยออยล์ จำกัด (มหาชน) ร่วมให้การสนับสนุนจัดการฝึกซ้อมแผนปฏิบัติการขจัดมลพิษทางน้ำเนื่องจากน้ำมันและเคมีภัณฑ์แห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 14 (14th Thailand Oil and Chemical Spill Response Exercise: TOC EX 14) ซึ่งจัดโดยกรมเจ้าท่าร่วมกับศูนย์อำนวยการรักษาผลประโยชน์ของชาติทางทะเล ภาค 1 (ศรชล.ภาค 1) กองทัพเรือ สมาคมอนุรักษ์สภาพแวดล้อมของกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมัน (IESG) และหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง การฝึกซ้อมครั้งนี้ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ช่วง ได้แก่ การอบรมเชิงความรู้ระหว่างวันที่ 28-30 เมษายน 2568 และการฝึกปฏิบัติจริงทั้งในระดับการบังคับการและภาคสนามระหว่างวันที่ 20-22 พฤษภาคม 2568 โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความพร้อมด้านการเผชิญเหตุ การประสานงานระหว่างหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ รวมถึงการพัฒนาศักยภาพของเจ้าหน้าที่ให้สามารถรับมือกับเหตุการณ์มลพิษทางน้ำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและรวดเร็ว ตลอดจนสนับสนุนการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติ รักษาความมั่นคงทางทะเล และส่งเสริมความปลอดภัยในการเดินเรือของประเทศ ไทยออยล์ ในฐานะภาคเอกชนที่ให้ความสำคัญต่อสิ่งแวดล้อมและความมั่นคงทางทะเล ได้ให้การสนับสนุนกิจกรรมครั้งนี้อย่างเต็มที่ ทั้งในด้านทรัพยากร บุคลากร เครื่องมืออุปกรณ์ รวมถึงการบูรณาการข้อมูลและการทำงานร่วมกับทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อยกระดับความสามารถในการรับมือเหตุการณ์มลพิษทางน้ำอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและทันการณ์ ไทยออยล์พร้อมเคียงข้างทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อร่วมสร้างมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยทางทะเล และร่วมดูแลรักษาสิ่งแวดล้อมให้คงอยู่อย่างสมบูรณ์ต่อไป

Thaioil won Two Prestigious Awards at the Thailand People Management and Well-BeingForum: Award Ceremony and Best Practices Sharing
Recently, Thaioil Public Company Limited, under the leadership of Mr. Nuttapon Meerit, Acting Executive Vice President of Organization Effectiveness, along with Ms. Suchada Deechaiya, Vice President of People and Organization Excellence, Ms. Benjawan Poompruek, Manager of People and Organization Excellence Strategy, and Ms. Sukulya Veeradechapol, Manager of HR and Finance, received prestigious recognition from the Personnel Management Association of Thailand. Thaioil was honored with two awards: the People Management Award (Platinum Level), which included a congratulatory message from Ms. Sudkanung Kambarat, President of Personnel Management Association of Thailand, on behalf of Air Chief Marshal Chalit Pukbhasuk, Privy Councilor, and the Well-being Organization Award, presented by Assoc.
