recogniton of its world-class performance related to environment, society and governance toward sustainable development.

Dow Jones Sustainability Indices or DJSI are the global sustainability benchmarks, tracking the performance of listed companies from worldwide. Cooperatively, it works with S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment, an investment consultancy service provider, who conducts sustainability assessment. Assessed companies must be listed in the first 2,500 companies in the Free Float Market Capitalization in the Dow Jones Total Stock Market Index, or in the first 800 companies in the Emerging Markets, or in other groups. A total of 3,500 companies from around the world are invited. Questionnaire features questions on economic, environmental and social issues with a focus on industry-specific criteria covering the companies’ planning and strategies, business administration, business target, operating process, as well as, business performance results, along with references and public access channel will be sent to the assessed companies. Thaioil has been invited for assessment in February 2021. The Company submitted the questionnaire in July 2021. |
