Recently, Thaioil Public Company Limited, led by Ms. Nitima Thepvanangkul, Executive Vice President – Finance and Accounting (center) and Ms. Siriporn Withannititam, Investor Relations Manager (left), were presented with the “ Best Corporate Social Responsibility Awards ” and “ Best Investor Relations Company (Thailand) ”, given by Mr. Aldrin Monsod, Corporate Governance Asia’s Managing Director and Publisher (right) in the Asian Excellence Recognition Awards 2013. The ceremony was organized by Corporate Governance Asia magazine at the Renaissance Harbor View Hotel, Hong Kong.
Having been awarded not only due to the strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility for communities locating surrounding the refinery but also from it’s tangible community healthcare project, Thaioil Group was also recognized as the leader in clean energy innovation – the first Asia’s company achieving the Euro IV fuel standards for all products as well.
Last but not least on investor relations aspect, the company was recognized of committing to the highest standards of disclosure and fairness in disseminating information to investors together with promptly providing outstanding data presentation with constant distribution of thorough quality of information. The recent awards came from the result of a poll conducted recently with 10,000 readers consisting of investors, analysts, fund managers, managing directors, and executives across Asia.
