What should I do if I forget my password?
A : If you forget your password, press Forget Password. The system will send a new Password to your E-mail. You can change your Password by pressing Change Password.

What should I do if I cannot upload information or application documents onto the system?
A : The maximum size of attachments is 10 MB / 1 file. Please check the size of your file accordingly before uploading. If your file size does not exceed 10 MB / file but you are unable to upload, please contact our staff at recruitment@Thaioilgroup.com or by phone at 038-408-500 EXT. 6274-78
What should I do if I need to change or update the information in the application form?
A : Applicants can login to the system and select “Edit application”
Is there any format required for additional information or documents?
A : Information or documents attached to the application must be in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PDF, JPG, or PNG format and must not exceed 10 MB / 1 file
Can I apply for more than one position?
A : Applicant can apply for more than one position by pressing + / - in the application.
How does the company calculate my age?
A : The company calculates age by considering only your year of birth. For example, if you send in your application in 2014 and you are born in 1987, the system will calculate your age as 27 years old.
How do I fill out information relating to siblings?
A : Please provide information relating to your siblings in order of eldest to youngest. Please also include your own information according to the order. If you are an only child please provide your own name in this field.
What should I do if there is no information for the fields marked with an asterisk (*)?
A : If the information is not available, please input a dash (-) instead.
Who should be identified as contact persons in case of emergency?
A : Contact Persons in Case of Emergency should be someone close to you who can be easily contacted in case of emergency.
How do I fill out my education information?
A : You can press + / - to increase or decrease your educational achievements. Please fill out your information in order starting from Vocational School, Bachelors Degree, Masters Degree and Doctoral Degree.
What is the format for the Date entry?
A : You can fill in the day/month/year by selecting the date in the calendar. If you cannot remember the exact date please put the 1st day of the month. Please input the word “Present” in the Date field in the case that you are still currently studying or working.
What is meant "Other Benefits"?
A : The word "Other Benefits" means income received from the company in addition to your basic salary. This includes allowance, transportation expenses, provident fund, life insurance, accident insurance, medical expenses and overtime (OT) compensation.
Does the company have an age limit for applicants?
A : The appropriate age of the applicant depends on the position and required experience. However, applicants must not be over 60 years old.
Can I apply to Thaioil group if I have no prior working experience?
A : Applicants with no working experience can also apply if you meet all stipulated requirements.
If my TOEIC score is not available at the time of the application, can I still apply?
A : You can fill out the application form and submit your TOEIC score at a later date. However, if the position requires a Bachelor’s Degree or higher, the applicant must complete the TOEIC exam before the formal interview and must have a minimum score of 550.
If I am still in my last year of school, can I apply?
A : Students can fill out the application form. If all the basic requirements for the position are satisfied, the student will be included in the consideration process.
Can I apply if I have not yet completed the military draft?
A : You can fill out the application form. However, the company must wait for the military draft to be completed.
If I have previously been interviewed, can I reapply for a position?
A : If the application and interview have been completed within the last 2 years, you do not need to submit a new application form. However, please update your information in the “Edit Application Form” page. The company will keep the application form in the database for 2 years after the last update.
How I check my application status?
A : You can check your application status on the “Job Application Status” page.
How can I know which position is right for me?
A : You can fill in your desired working location, education level, and field of study to search for a suitable position on the “Open Position” page.
If I do not have all the required documents, can I still apply?
A : You can fill out the application form and come back to edit the information or add missing documents on the “Edit Application Form” page at a later time. You can also contact the recruiter directly via e-mail at recruitment@Thaioilgroup.com
What is the interview process?
A : The interview will be split into 2 rounds: the first round, the applicant will be interviewed by the department manager and a representative from the human resource department. The second round of the interview will be conducted by the division manager
If I apply to work for Thaioil, where will I be assigned to work?
A : Thaioil group has offices in Bangkok and Chonburi. Work location will depend on the position you have applied for. For example, engineering positions are assigned to the Chonburi office.
