Thaioil's commitment to CG in PTT Group CG Day 2018

    Pol. Gen. Aek Aungsananont, Chairman of Thaioil’s Corporate Governance Committee, Mr. Atikom Terbsiri, Thaioil’s CEO, along with Thaioil’s executives and employees participated in PTT Group CG Day 2018: Born to be REAL at Synergy Hall, 6^th Floor, Energy Complex.  This year, Mr. Tevin Vongvanich, PTT’s CEO, presided over the opening ceremony.  The participants in this event included members of the Corporate Governance Committees, employees, invited suppliers and customers joined in this event.

   This year, PTT Group CG Day was held under the concept of “Born to be REAL”, in which it utilized digital technology in communications to raise awareness and support PTT Group’s executives and employees to be good examples for the society and improvement to become CG 4.0 in line with national strategy which consists of four distinct features: disciplinary, sufficiency, honesty, and voluntary.  These features will support in driving transparency to the society and the nation. The activities in this event consisted of exhibitions relating to PTT Group’s CG development, CEOs Seminar on the topic of “When technology drives the world, what is the next step for CG”, and CG Play by PTT Group’s employees, reflecting the good corporate governance principles in practices.

   PTT Group CG Day is an event that companies within PTT Group rotationally organized annually, with the objective to emphasize the importance of corporate governance principles, the power of unity, the creation of transparent corporate culture against corruption.
