Thaioil Wins 2 Awards from SET Sustainability Awards 2017

    Recently, Thai Oil Public Company Limited by Mr. Atikom Terbsiri (Right), Chief Executive Officer and President, Thai Oil Public Company Limited has been presented with SET Sustainability Awards 2017 – Sustainability Awards of Honor, the highest level awarded to the company that won the award for the third consecutive year from Dr. Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi (Left), Chairman of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET). In this event, Thaioil also won Thailand Sustainability Awards 2017.  The ceremony was held at the Professor Sangwien Intarawichai Auditorium at 7^th floor, SET building.
   SET Sustainability Awards 2017 has been presented to Thaioil for its inspiring as a role model on sustainable business performance. In addition, the Thailand Sustainability Investment 2017has been presented to Thaioil as it has been selected to be listed as sustainable stock by SET assessment of which the criteria has been in line with the international standard. It will benefit to investors who would like to invest in stocks of good quality yielding the return on investment in the long run.

   • Thaioil has been announced as a member of Dow Jones Sustainability Indices (DJSI) in Oil and Gas Industry : Emerging Markets in September 2013, being embraced on top global ranking-assessed and ranked on sustainability performance covering the economic, environmental and social dimensions. The company has been recognized and classified in the oil & gas industry top 10 % in sustainability performance of Emerging Markets.
   • Moreover, in January 2014, Thaioil has qualified and has received the Gold Class distinction for the excellence sustainability performance in oil & gas industry by RobecoSAM who does the corporate sustainability assessment for DJSI. Eligible for the Gold Class is the highest ranked level of RobecoSAM Sustainability Award 2014.
   • In January 2017, RobecoSAM has ranked Thaioil globally as RobecoSAM Gold Class of sustainability in oil & gas refining and marketing for 4 consecutive years which is the highest level of RobecoSAM Sustainability Award 2017.
   • In September 2017, Thai Oil Public Company Limited has been recognized as a member of DJSI for 5 consecutive years. Most of all, Thaioil has also been globally ranked as Energy Industry Group Leader for 4 consecutive years, comprising industries of coal & consumable fuels; energy equipment & services; oil & gas upstream and integrated; and oil & gas refining and marketing ,and oil & gas storage & transportation.
