Thaioil conducts a survey on employees’ engagement to the organization during the 4th quarter of every fiscal year. The most recent survey shows an increase of employees’ engagement from the past year to 82.45%, which is very close to the organization’s target of 83%. This increase is the result of Thaioil’s communication of past survey results to each department which has led to the improvement of working conditions for its employees. The company also uses the results of the survey conducted in 2012 to calculate the Organization Health Index (OHI).
