Lube Base Oil |

Lube base oil is a product of crude oil distillation which has gone through a quality improvement process to become high-quality pure lube base oil. The lube oil comes in different viscosity, e.g. 150 SN and 500 SN, with the higher number signifying greater viscosity which is more suitable for processes requiring higher friction.
Thai Lube Base Public Company Limited produces high-quality lube base oil including: - 150 SN used in the manufacture of industrial lubricants in, for example, the automotive and transportation industries including: automotive industry, trucking Industry - 500 SN used in the manufacture of automotive engine oils for cars, trucks, and motorcycles. - 150 BS used in the manufacture of heavy-duty engine oils for trucks, trains, marine, and synthetic industries. When additives are added to Thaioil lube base oil product or lubricating oil (sometimes called "motor oil"), it can be used to lubricate various engine parts that undergo constant movement such as the piston shaft. The oil lowers friction and helps to cool down the engine.
