In line with the government’s policy supporting and promoting renewable energy production and consumption, the Company set up Thaioil Ethanol Company Limited, which is entirely owned by Thaioil Public Co., Ltd., to be the central in the development of the ethanol business and its related products.

1.Sapthip Company Limited (SAPTHIP) The company, which produces cassava-based ethanol and has a daily output of 200,000 liters, is a joint venture in which Thaioil holds 50% while another 50% is held by one of Thailand’s major cassava exporters. |

2.Ubon Bio Ethanol Company Limited (UBE) The company, which produces both cassava-based and molasses-based ethanol and has a daily output of 400,000 liters, is a joint venture in which Thaioil holds 21% while the rest is held by original group of shareholders and Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited. |
