The company is Vietnam’s leading manufacturer of solvent and chemical products. It is a subsidiary of Thaioil Group through an acquisition of the solvent and petrochemical distribution business in Vietnam of Shell Vietnam Limited on 2 November 2009. It is wholly owned by Top Solvent Co., Ltd.

Thaioil’s investment in the solvent and chemical product business in Vietnam through TOP Solvent (Vietnam) LLC is the first overseas investment for the Group. TOP Solvent (Vietnam) LLC has terminals in Go Dau and An Binh which are able to provide solvent and chemical products for various types of businesses, e.g., paint, coating, thinners, adhesive, sealants, ink, cleaning products, edible oil, chemicals, etc.
