  The Company has been selected by the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) to build and operate a natural gas-fired combined-cycle co-generation power plant under EGAT's Independent Power Producer (IPP) program. Independent Power (Thailand) Company Limited is the first IPP to sign the Power Purchase Agreement with EGAT under the IPP program.
